About

Araglin McBreen resides in the high Rockies of Colorado where she teaches and practices yoga at several studios. Drawn to the mountains by her love of snowboarding and hiking, Araglin delights in all types of movement. As a teacher she combines her knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, and physiology to create dynamic vinyasa practice to engage the spirit, mind, and body.

After falling in love with yoga throughout college, she studied under Dr. Graham Schweig and Edie Fisher to complete a 200 Hour Teacher Training in 2020. This course established a foundational knowledge of the Hot Yoga Method and Vinyasa sequencing, as well as philosophy, anatomy, and meditation. In 2023, Araglin traveled to Marrakech, Morocco to complete a Brain Based Creative Sequencing course with Adell Bridges. This course deepened her knowledge of neuroanatomy, mindful movement and the importance of varied movement to maintain neuroplasticity. Also in 2023, she spent a month in Washington, DC studying tantric philosophy and embodiment, as well as Ashtanga and Rocket sequencing under Marie Belle Pérez Rivera.  She is certified and insured through Yoga Alliance.

Araglin’s teaching style reflects the various lineages, history, and philosophies of yoga that she has studied. In all that she does, she aims to spread the ultimate truth found in the Bhagavad Gītā – that you are supremely loved.
