200 Hour YTT

Deepen your practice and knowledge through this 5 month, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training led by Araglin McBreen and Jessica TaingThis program will offer a wholistic curriculum covering the history, philosophy, sequencing, cueing, breathwork, anatomy, and biomechanics of yoga.

Students can expect personalized attention and training with Araglin & Jess to hone their voice and style as a teacher. Students will graduate with the skill, knowledge, and confidence to lead 60 and 90 minute vinyasa yoga classes.

Schedule & Curriculum

The curriculum will include:  

  • History, Philosophy, Decolonization, and Lineages of Yoga ~ 30 Hours
  • Anatomy, Physiology, and Biomechanics of Yoga ~ 30 Hours
  • Sequencing, Cueing, Asana, and Pranayama ~ 75 Hours 
  • Voice, Presence, and Soft Skills ~ 15 Hours
  • Individual Practice, Peer/Group Teaching, Reading Assignments, Journaling & Reflection ~ 50 Hours

Expected Schedule:

Training will occur January through May on selected Wednesdays 5:30 – 9:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00 – 4:00 pm. 

  • January: 4th, 8th, 11th, 15th, 18th, and 29th 
  • February: 1st, 5th, 8th, 12th, and 26th
  • March: 1st*, 5th, 8th, 26th, and 29th
  • March 13th – 16th – Bhakti Embodied Retreat (no additional cost) 
  • April: 2nd, 5th, 9th, 12th, 16th, 19th, and 30th 
  • May: 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, and 17th
*Saturday session but will be meeting 5:30 – 9:30 pm

Program Fee

Tuition for this program is $3,000. This fee includes attending the Bhakti Embodied Retreat, a $765 value. Students can make one payment or three equal payments of $1,000. Initial payment must be made by January 1st. Final payment must be received by April 1st. 

Venmo, personal checks, or credit card payments are accepted. Please note credit card payments are processed using the secure online platform, Stripe, and will incur a 3% processing fee.

About the Instructors

Araglin McBreen

An avid yogi, snowboarder, and hiker, Araglin delights in all types of movement. As a teacher she combines her knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, and physiology to create dynamic vinyasa practice to engage the spirit, mind, and body. Araglin’s teaching style reflects the various lineages, history, and philosophies of yoga that she has studied. In all that she does, she aims to spread the ultimate truth found in the Bhagavad Gītā – that you are supremely loved.

Jess Taing

As a student of Bhakti yoga, Jess is perpetually inspired by philosophy, both within the realm of yoga and outside of it. Her classes are Bhakti in nature: dynamic vinyasa with yogic philosophy, mantra, and meditation infused throughout. She encourages students to embrace both the physical practice of yoga and the unlimited mental benefits of the art.
