Intro to Ashtanga Workshop Series

How to build your at home practice 

Join Araglin McBreen at The Attune Yoga and Embodied Health Collaborative for a two week workshop series on the Ashtanga practice. 

When: Tuesday, April 14th and Tuesday, April 21st from 6 to 8 pm

Where: The Attune Yoga and Embodied Health Collaborative located at 210 Edwards Village Blvd Ste B201

What: Individuals will learn about the history and application of Ashtanga Yoga which is often used as the foundation for an at home practice. Attendees will go through the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series and receive a workbook with the sequence so they can practice at home. The second workshop will build off of the first but individuals are welcome to attend just one session. 

Cost to attend: Each workshop is $20 per person to attend. Payment can be made day-of or in advance on Attune’s website. 

Araglin McBreen has been teaching yoga for over six years. She was first introduced to the Ashtanga lineage in Washington DC by Marie Belle Perez Rivera. She completed a 50 hour continuing education course on Ashtanga with Marie in 2023. In 2025 she spent a month in Germany at an Ashtanga Teacher’s Intensive with Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor.
