Soul Rising Yoga Retreat
Saturday, March 14th – Friday, March 20th 2026
Join me, Alexa Maestranzi, and Amy Owen in Uvita, Costa Rica for a week of movement, breath, and full immersion with nature.
Envision yourself at our private jungle village, surrounded by lush trees, a resident monkey family, and walking distance to the beach and town.
Each morning we will gather together in our open-air studio for energizing, vinyasa yoga classes. We will breathe and move in unison while also turning inward for self discovery and love.
We will explore Costa Rica’s natural wonders including waterfalls, a visit to Marino Ballena National Park and the iconic Whale Tail Beach, and a horseback tour through the rainforest.
Afternoons and evenings will include transformative workshops, sound baths, restorative practices, and Nidra. Moments of stillness will invite you to reset and reconnect. This is your invitation to flow with the sea’s current, explore the unknown of the jungle, and connect with your deepest heart in one of the world’s most beautiful settings.
“The Bhakti Embodied Retreat was nothing short of amazing! Taking the time to immerse myself in yoga, meditation and self-reflection was a true gift, and I highly recommend anyone looking for transformation take the opportunity to go on a retreat like this!”
“Bhakti Embodied was truly the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I feel like my relationship with my yoga practice and spirituality is anew after this retreat. Relationships that were formed will last a lifetime, and the memories are something that I will cherish forever. Counting down the minutes until the next Bhakti Embodied Retreat!”
