About
Araglin McBreen resides in the high Rockies of Colorado where she teaches and practices yoga at several studios. Drawn to the mountains by her love of snowboarding and hiking, Araglin delights in all types of movement. As a teacher she combines her knowledge of philosophy, anatomy, and physiology to create a dynamic vinyasa practice to engage the spirit, mind, and body.
Training & Education:
- From 2019 to 2020, she completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training with Dr. Graham Schweig and Edie Fisher. This course established a foundational knowledge of the Hot Yoga Method and Vinyasa sequencing, as well as philosophy, anatomy, and meditation. Araglin initially started practicing yoga at the recommendation of Dr. Schweig during undergrad at Christopher Newport University.
- In 2023, Araglin traveled to Marrakech, Morocco to complete a Brain Based Creative Sequencing course with Adell Bridges. This course deepened her knowledge of neuroanatomy, mindful movement and the importance of varied movement to maintain neuroplasticity.
- Also in 2023, she completed a 50 hour tantric philosophy, embodiment, and Ashtanga training led by Marie Belle Pérez Rivera in Washington, DC.
- In August of 2025, Araglin attended Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor‘s 2025 Teacher Intensive, held in Darmstadt, Germany. This intensive involved over 200 hours of Ashtanga practice, meditation, breathwork, chanting, lecture, and practicum.
- In addition to yoga, Araglin is a certified Lagree instructor, currently teaching at PLNK MTN.
- She completed an aerial movement training with Morgan Kulas in 2025.

Araglin’s teaching style reflects the various lineages, history, and philosophies of yoga that she has studied. In all that she does, she aims to spread the ultimate truth found in the Bhagavad Gītā – that you are supremely loved.
